How to Cook King King Mushrooms:

King King mushrooms can be used like any other mushroom. It enhances the taste of many types of dishes and it is also very easy to prepare. When picking mushrooms (or any other type of mushroom) at the market, choose mushrooms that are not shrivelled or flaky. This will help ensure that you choose the right one for your foods.

When you’re ready to use the kingfish, cut off the bottom part of the stem first. Some people discard the stems or store them for use. However, they are very versatile in many recipes, so you can easily use them in most recipes, unless you want to make a very specific dish.

It is best to wash oyster mushrooms before cooking them. This will help remove dirt, dust, and bacteria, but will not affect the cooking process or flavour. If you simply wash it and rub it gently as needed, it will only absorb a little water. The taste of mushrooms remains intact even after cooking.
