MEDBLOG18 VICTORY LAP
LAST LAP FOR RAPID REVISION – 300 INR FULL COURSE – 500 INR
As all our beloved students are about to step into the last month of the
FMGE – Calendar, we thought it would be good to help them with a
sample – study – plan for reference. Please do keep your morals at the
highest and always think what you can do in the next 30 days before the
exam. Do not stress yourself and just give your best shot. To be very
honest , its next to impossible to cover everything in the last month but
trust me, if you can invest these 30 days wisely, you can very well fetch
150. So, from now onwards, make a promise to yourself that not a single
hour will be wasted. Remember, you do need to take breaks and those
will refuel you to study again. Relaxing your brain, on a regular basis, is
very important and you must not feel guilty about that. Try to study as
much as possible. Enjoy your study to lessen the burden. Never compare
your preparation with any of your friends. Be confident and keep on
revising. Do remember that whatever the form of question ( Case study/
IBQ/ Statement – based question ) is, the topics will remain the same.
That means, mastering the Important Topics of each subject will ease
your job to reach the Magic figure. This is the last lap of your preparation.
Let it be the Victory Lap. We do believe that you will come out with
flying colors and contribute to the society as there’s an enormous need of Doctors these days.

General Guidelines: |
1. Please invest 15 to 16 Hours a day till the exam |
2. If you can’t finish a subject within the stipulated time, please don’t alter your plan and skip to the next subject according to the plan. You can finish that particular subject in the ‘ Make- up Phase’. |
3. Try to start your study in the 1st half of the day so that you have enough time to cover and even speed up your study. |
4. Keep a track of your progress. A handbook / Note-book with the Day’s task written on it works the best as you can simply tick / strike off the subjects / topics already done. It is very satisfying and motivating as well. |
5. If you finish a Subject earlier, you can always move on to the next subject and so on. In this process, if you finish the 1st round of Study earlier or you can practise MCQ of the relevant topic. |
6. For practising MCQ, you can refer to the FMGE- Specific books/ notes you have already read / solved. But please don’t spend much time on a single question. If you don’t know the answer, just check it on the answer section and remember it as a fact. |
7. You’re highly recommended to revise our ‘Super- points’ every 2 to 3 days. It will be very convenient for you if you take a print out and Paste it on your desk / wall so that you can keep looking at it off and on. These are products of extensive research and are very high yielding for the Exam. You ought to learn them by heart. |
8. If you’re stuck somewhere, please note it down and move ahead. Get your doubts cleared in bulk. If you don’t find the answer, feel free to ask us. We will try our best to get back to you within 24 hours. |
9. You can always refer to your previously read study materials but for covering the course in the shortest time we strongly recommend our Comprehensive Notes and One-liners first. Then if you have time, please refer to the other study materials. |
10. Take small breaks in between your study sessions. For example, take a 10 – 15 min- break after every 1 hour. |
11. Sleep for 6 to 7 hours a day. Inadequate sleep impairs the conversion of Short term memory to the Long term memory. |
12. As the exam approaches, we might include some changes / supplements etc into the package. Please put aside 1 hour per day to make the best out of that. |
13. Recommended Reading Speed : 6 to 10 mins per page. Not more than 10 mins at any cost. Once done, repeat the material. |
14. Rough estimate regarding Study- time : ( you are requested to follow this. It won’t be difficult for you as we know that either you’re already there or you will pick it up in no time! |
