If you were neglecting your skin and noticed that there were patches and dry, discolored. If you want to learn how to glow your skin in just 1 week,  these are the best remedies that I was sharing here.

Start your day with lemon and honey water

Lemon is an antioxidant. In lemon, there are nutrients that help in rejuvenating the system and removing toxins from the skin. In 1 glass of warm water, add a few drops of lemon and honey, and take this every morning to get glowing skin naturally. This drink helps reduce aging by removing fine lines and wrinkles. It also helps remove scars, blackheads, and acne marks. This drink also makes the skin healthy and glow.

Hydrate your skin with enough water

Water removes the toxins present in our body, maintains moisture, and increases skin elasticity. If the skin is hydrated, then the complexion will also be radiant. Drinking water regularly can keep your skin fresh, increase energy, prevent headaches, and glow naturally. So, everyone should drink a minimum of 8 glasses, i.e., 1 to 2 ltr of water per day. This not only hydrates the skin but also contributes significantly to skin suppleness.

Eat healthy diets and glowing skin food

If you are eating healthy food, you can expect your skin to glow. To improve your skin, it is best to consume essential foods like fruits and vegetables. Eating these foods helps improve the complexion of the skin. Foods with a lot of beta-carotene and carotenoids can ensure that your skin looks fantastic. Foods like watermelon and cucumber, which have antioxidants and water content, protect the skin from environmental factors. You have to take dark leafy greens, fresh carrots, mangoes, yellow and red peppers, sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, and more. You should avoid junk foods and other foods that have sugar. And you should avoid drinking alcohol and smoking.

Wash your hands before washing your face

Before washing your face wash your hands thoroughly because If your hands are dirty and washing your face by using a cleanser with those dirty hands, that means you are adding dirt to your pores. This can cause many skin problems. This simple tip makes your skin healthy and glow.

Wash your face with lukewarm water

If you wash your face with lukewarm water and immediately follow a splash of cold water, this helps to tighten the pores and increases the firmness of the skin. It also adds extra glow to the face, and the skin remains fresh all day.

Exfoliation

It is very good practice to exfoliate for glowing skin. The dead cells are bound to accumulate on the surface of your skin. Meanwhile, your skin becomes dull and has patches that can reduce the glow. Because of this exfoliation, you can get rid of these dead cells within a few days. For this, there is no need to buy expensive scrubs from the market. You can prepare a homemade scrub using the ingredients present in the kitchen. Take some sugar and add a few drops of lemon and honey to it. This mixture makes your skin glow. Do this once or twice a week to make your skin glow. Exfoliation increases blood circulation in the skin, causing the formation of new cells. It unclogs pores, reduces pigmentation, and removes tanning from the skin.

Use a sunscreen :

Usage of sunscreen will eliminate the problems of tanning and sunburns. Ultraviolet rays from the sun will try to attack the protein present in the skin, such as collagen. Use sunscreen between 10 am to 5 pm every day when you step out of the house. Sunscreen protects our skin from these UV rays from the sun. It prevents skin cancer, premature aging, and future damage.

Exercise for glowing skin

Exercise is the easiest way to glowing skin. It increases the heart rate and improves blood circulation, thereby removing toxins from the body. If you want to be healthy outside, you have to be healthy from the inside. So the best way is to practice yoga every day for glowing skin. It improves the texture of the skin. All you need is to sit for an hour and perform some asanas that will give positive results with no investment.

Avoid stress

Avoid stress as much as possible. Stress increases the production of cortisol and other hormones in the body. Which makes the skin more oily. You should notice that when you are stressed, you break out more. Yoga and meditation are some of the ways to manage stress.

Sleep well daily:

If you do not sleep well, it will show on your face, and you will ruin your skin. When you sleep your skin will be in rejuvanating mode, any repair in the skin happens in the night when you sleep. If you do not sleep well, you can be confident that you are depriving your skin of the needed nutrients. As a result, your skin will become patchy, dry, and red. Therefore, it is essential to sleep 7 hours at night and, if possible, take naps in the daytime to make your skin glow naturally.
