Adopting stress-management techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, regular physical activity, and your favourite hobbies or activities can help reduce stress levels and improve well-being.

Avoiding harmful substances: 

Avoid smoking and limit alcohol consumption for good health and longevity. Smoking is a major risk factor for many diseases, including cancer, heart disease and respiratory conditions. Excessive alcohol consumption can cause liver damage, heart problems, and other health problems.

Social Connections:

Maintaining strong social connections and a supportive network of family and friends is beneficial for both mental and physical health. Getting involved in social activities, attending community events, and building meaningful relationships can contribute to a longer and healthier life.

Regular Health Checkups

Schedule regular checkups with your healthcare provider to monitor your health and address any potential problems early. Screening tests, vaccinations and preventive measures can help detect and prevent disease, improving your overall health and longevity.

Eat vegetables every day

Eat five servings of vegetables per day – raw, boiled and roasted. A diet rich in vegetables is associated with an increased risk of lung, colon, breast, uterus, oesophagus, stomach, bladder, pancreas, and ovarian cancer. And many phytonutrients contain the strongest software – like broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, grapes and greens.

Research shows that a healthy positive outlook helps build a healthy immune system and improves overall health. Your body believes what you think, so focus on the positive.
